An account requires accurate details and is intended for people aged eighteen or older who live in the United States. Account credentials are personal and should not be shared. Responsibility for activity carried out under an account rests with the person holding it, and any suspected misuse should be reported using the contact details below.
The site is provided for personal, non commercial reading. Activity that damages the site, misleads other readers or interferes with normal access is not permitted, and access may be withdrawn where it occurs.

Where arbitration is found not to apply, the courts located in Arkansas have jurisdiction.
These terms are revised when the site changes or when a rule requires it. The revised version replaces the previous one on the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a revision means the revised terms apply.
